Some Things Are Quite Clear

Jeff Niell

Jeff has served as Pastor of All Saints Presbyterian Church since 2010, and has served as a minister in the CREC since 1998.  Having been licensed to the Gospel Ministry in the Southern Baptist Church in 1981, Pastor Niell has served as a hospital chaplain, is currently a volunteer chaplain for the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department, and also performs periodic clergy work in some Texas prisons of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.  Jeff is also the Director for Summer Sanctus Christian Youth Camp.

Jeff met Denise in March of 1986 (occurring in a most unique way!), and they were married in Tacoma, Washington.  Jeff has been blessed with her gracious friendship and companionship ever since. They have been blessed with two faithful children.  Jeff still enjoys (quite a bit of) very good coffee, a well-played game of 42 (even competing in the Texas State Championship), he still roots for the Cubs, used to enjoy back-packing, wonders about Lima Beans, enjoys okra, peanut butter, and has no known dietary restrictions.

Jeff graduated from Grand Canyon University (majoring in Bible, with a Greek minor) and Fuller Theological Seminary (M. A. Theology), and is the co-author of The Same Sex Controversy (James White) and has contributed to The Covenantal Case for Infant Baptism (ed. Gregg Strawbridge), The Backbone of the Bible (ed. P. Andrew Sandlin), and an essay titled, “Literature in Sermon Preparation and Presentation” in The Commoner’s Crit Series of books published by Mud House Art & Literature.
